The formal trustee of The Halloran Trust is a company called Wollumboola Limited (ABN 62 161 427 363). There are five Directors of Wollumboola Limited who are generally referred to as the Trustees of The Halloran Trust. They are:

Dr Robert Tong AM - Chairman of Directors

LLB, LLM, SJD

Practicing solicitor with wide commercial, legal and governance experience. Director of several not-for profit organisations. Significant governance committee experience with the Anglican Church, locally, nationally and internationally which was recognised by appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM). Former lecturer in commercial and company law at the University of Technology, Sydney. Published author of legal texts as well as books and articles concerning the Anglican Church. 

Mrs Lee Kenny

BA

Many years of hands on experience in development of residential land in NSW South Coast Local Government Areas including towns of Callala Beach, Callala Bay, Long Beach, Vincentia and St Georges Basin. Direct involvement in development of highly regarded Benton Sands project at Callala Beach. Company Secretary of Wollumboola Limited and Sealark Pty Limited.

Ms Frances Gottlieb

An initial career in nursing. A move into the Visual Arts sector has resulted in considerable experience developing, operating, and promoting small businesses. With a keen interest in social and affordable housing, and a passion for architecture and urban planning, affords a particular interest in the design and visual outcome of projects.

Mr Doug Marr - Deputy Chairman of Directors

BBus, CA, JP

Chartered Accountant with experience in public practice and large commercial organisations. Extensive experience as secretary, administrative officer and board member of several not-for-profit bodies and registered charities. Experience in planning, construction and operation of major property developments. Justice of the Peace.  Company Secretary of Wollumboola Limited and Sealark Pty Ltd.

Mr Michael Rowe

BPlan (Hons 1), MPIA

Consultant town planner with extensive experience on large scale development projects including land release and development within environmentally sensitive areas. Previously held an executive management role in a major consulting firm before starting his own consultancy, Beam Planning. Planning lecturer at the University of New South Wales. Experience on multiple not-for-profit boards.
