Sealark is different to other development companies because it is owned by a registered charity, The Halloran Trust.
The Halloran Trust is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to provide financial support derived from Sealark’s property development services to charitable beneficiaries, including the Shoalhaven region.
Sealark’s sustainable property developments, including those at West Culburra and Callala Bay, will generate important revenue to enable The Halloran Trust to support causes, charities and organisations which contribute to the richness of the local community.
In doing so, we strive to create the ideal balance of social, economic and environmental outcomes to promote the long-term success of the communities we create and the region we’ve been a part of for 100-plus years.
While the revenue from Sealark’s property development services will be important to the causes, charities and organisations The Halloran Trust contributes to, it is not beholden to any shareholders and it is not driven by profits.
